Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perbacco Fine Foods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us directly info@perbaccofinefoods.com.
We will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund on a case by case basis. Please send us a picture of damaged product within 72 hours so we can better investigate on the matter with our carrier.
REFUND POLICY
Only damaged and incorrect items delivered are subject to a full refund after an investigation from our customer service department. Once the refund has been processed, allow 3-5 business days to see the refund back in your original form of payment.
RETURN POLICY
