Chitarra Marilungo allo Scoglio

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g of Chitarra Marilungo Pasta

  • 100g of clams

  • 150g of mussels

  • 150g of shrimp

  • 100g of cuttlefish or squid

  • 100g of prawns

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • About 120g of tomatoes

  • Chopped parsley

  • White wine

  • Salt and chili to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Prepare a sauté with a poached garlic clove, chili pepper and a spoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Prepare the fish and add the white wine.
Add the chopped tomatoes and chopped parsley.
Boil the Chitarra Marilungo Pasta in salted water for three minutes.
Drain the pasta and sauté it in the pan with the fish sauce for no more than a minute.
Add cooking water and extra virgin olive oil.
