Tagliatelle Marilungo con Taleggio e pere

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Tagliatelle Marilungo

  • 4 pears

  • 300g Taleggio cheese

  • 8 walnuts

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • White pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil 3 liters of water. Blend two pears and cut the remaining two into small pieces.
Mix the pears with the Taleggio cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
Immerse the Marilungo Tagliatelle in the water and, after 1 minute, mix the pasta gently.
After a minute and a half, drain the pasta in the saucepan.
Mix everything by adding at least 1 half cup of cooking water.
Serve the dish by adding the chopped walnut kernels as desired.
